We are Not Free in Independent India

We are Not Free in Independent India

Dr Rupesh Sharma, Yog Sandesh department

Under a massive conspiracy in India, the historians have altered historical facts. The Britishers also repeated it. The Indians who chant ‘vande mataram’ were learnt that they are offspring of monkeys instead of mother India. Western scientists have turned down Darvin’s this false development theory.
Only those who have experienced slavery know the importance of freedom. Treat yourself as a slave for a few moments. What will you feel when you are not allowed to walk freely in your own home? It’s painful for you when you are governed by someone. Let’s think that those countries which remained slaves for 200 years has no meaning of freedom. August 15 is not a date for Independent India but a day for celebration. A number of soldiers were martyred for this precious day. They bore inflicting pain. Only then, we are able to live in an independent country. India is a Republic. The constitution of India provides equal rights for all the citizens irrespective of caste, creed, colour, etc. A very few people know that we treat India as independent and live freely here. But at the same time, India is on the lease. Yes, it will be astonishing for you. It may sound false but it’s the truth. Under the ‘transfer of power agreement’ between the Britishers and erstwhile Prime Minister Shri Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, India has been transferred for 99 years as per 1500 small terms and conditions. The documents of this agreement are available in the House of Commons in London. Since India is on lease, therefore no Prime Minister dared to change the Indian constitution. Only a few rules and regulations have been amended.
For example, Britishers have made many acts like tax act, IPC, CrPC, CPC, Indian Education Act, Indian Citizenship Act, etc. Many acts provide special provisions for some Britishers. For example, British Queen Victoria was crowned as India’s Queen by organizing ‘Delhi Darbar’ on January 1, 1877, while British Queen Elizabeth II has special privilege for visiting India without visa. Because, the Britishers treat India as their property. She needs no permission from the Indian government to visit India. She visited India during the regime of Jawahar Lal Nehru in 1961 and Indra Kumar Gujral. They were meted out special treatment during their arrival in India. It seems that they are our owners and we are their servants.
Hongkong was also given to China on the lease but after 10 years of long debate, China succeeded in taking back Hongkong from Britain. But we are unknown about it. No political leaders want to raise this issue. It’s unlikely to get rid of the lease in line with China. Today, the question arises what were the reasons behind our leaders’ inability to demand total freedom from Britishers. Sycophancy has its own importance. It wants benefits. 1947 was the year of independence. But the matter is years old. Sycophancy of intention of total surrender provided prosperity for some people but the common people faced an adverse impact.
When erstwhile British Emperor George V visited India to attend ‘Delhi Darbar’ on March 22, 1911. Clearly, Indian newspapers published news of a song sung by Rabindranath Tagore for welcoming George  V in December 1911. Many prestigious people tried to welcome him. Our ‘Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore wrote a song for welcoming George V and treated him at par with the god. The song was nothing but our national anthem ‘jan-gan-man…. . Have you tried to notice what Tagore is saying in this song? We would like to make it clear that today we sing our national anthem with those intentions which mentions some other facts. In his first line, Rabindranath says, “Oh George V! You are the dictator of Indian minds. You live in the hearts of all of us. Clearly, India grappled with slavery. He can’t live in the hearts of all the Indians. He terms it as the wishes of all the countrymen. In the second line, Tagore extols that ‘Oh V! you are the fortune of Indians and India.
Clearly, Tagore treated George V as the god. Later, he says that entire Punjab, Sindh, Gujarat, Maratha, Dravid Utkal Bengal regions apart from Ganga-Yamuna originating from Vindhya-Himachal wish for your wellbeing. Entire India seeks blessings for you. Long live George V. Statesmen and Englishmen and Indian newspapers on December 28 and December 29 1911 respectively published songs sung by Tagore in George V’s welcome.
Why can someone sympathize with slavery? But at the same time, Tagore gained nothing for this. Hundreds of people have been awarded for extolling kings since time immemorial. Tagore was bestowed with ‘Nobel Prize’ and ‘Rai Bahadur’ for extolling him. This song remains our national anthem. It’s only example that if our heart fills with slavery, it can make an adverse effect. It took 50 years for ‘Vande Mataram’ to get recognition as a national song. But at the same time, ‘Jan-Gan-Man’ was termed as the national anthem. Sycophancy was the main reason behind ignoring our Vande Mataram.
Following his footpath, one more great personality took birth in our India. He was none other than Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru who was the third son of Moti Lal Nehru. However, he was Indian at physical level but at the same time his mind was filled with Britishness. He had great reverence towards Britishers. He along with Jinnah had a great affection for Edwina Mountbatten. It was the reason behind the Indo-Pak partition. However, people of both countries know it very well. Edwina was their school friend. The British government itself had sent Edwina to India to create distance between both of them. The British government succeeded in this plan.
The Britishers were well aware of Nehru Jee’s sycophancy towards the Britishers. Therefore, the Britishers took approval from a British Court that whenever a question will arise over transfer of power to India, Nehru will be the only alternative. Because they were well aware that they could get their work done from Nehru on their own conditions. Nehru Jee was aware of it. That’s why, he started to pressure Gandhiji for his coronation as the Prime Minister. On the other hand, coming under pressure from Edwina Mountbatten, Nehru and Jinnah agreed on the partition. The Britishers succeeded in their conspiracy. We got freedom at the cost of lakhs of people. But at the same time, we lost this victory due to some people’s cheating. Had great warriors like Chandrashekar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Tatya Tope, etc been alive by 1947, the Britishers would have not succeeded. But it was India’s misfortune that the British government succeeded in keeping its hold on the country. Nehru signed a 99 years lease before becoming Prime Minister. He didn’t oppose this. India can’t be treated as a free nation from the shackles of the British empire by 1946 due to a simple mistake of Nehru Jee.
The British education system aimed at creating servants. That’s why our education system can produce clerks or bureaucrats instead of scientists and skilled businessmen.
India had to make a great sacrifice to attain independence. It’s beyond imagination that the country got freedom with partition due to sycophancy. In a country where both the Hindus and Muslims used to live as brothers. Today, the country got bifurcated as India and Pakistan which couldn’t come together. Both Nehru and Jinnah formed the government in their respective countries but failed to check the massacre which continued along the Kashmir borders even today.
Mahatma Gandhi played an important role in attaining freedom in the country. But Mahatma Gandhi didn’t participate on the occasion of the freedom celebration on August 15, 1947. Mahatma Gandhi had known this fact of freedom. He was in favour of total freedom instead of lease. On that occasion, Mahatma Gandhi sat on the agitation at Noakhali in West Bengal. Mahatma Gandhi was sitting on the agitation to check communal violence among the Hindus and the Muslims. Pandit Nehru unfurled no tricolour on the Red Fort on August 15, 1947. According to the Lok Sabha Secretariat, he did so on August 16, 1947.
Today, lease-based India turned 75. There is a need for revaluation on whatever India lost and gained during this period.

The Indian Parliament is a symbol of slavery

After 75 years of Independence, our elected parliamentarians own no Parliament. Even today, our lawmakers hold discussions on the various issues of the country sitting in the Parliament constructed by the Britishers. The parliamentarians decide welfare programmes in those Parliament whose construction work was completed in 1927. The Britishers pumped Rs 85 lakh to construct it. Famous British Architect Edwin Lutyens had prepared its design in 1912. It was inaugurated by erstwhile viceroy Lord Irwin. The British officers used to devise a strategy for atrocity against Indians. After years of independence, sitting in the symbol of slavery, our elected representatives find out country’s future. Time has come ……

India’s education system is in the shackles of slavery

Interestingly, as per a strategy, after roaming the entire country, British Officer Lord Macaulay tried to wipe out ancient Sanskrit Study. Lord Macaulay started the English education system. He was of the view that after the arrival of the English Education System, the Indians will forget their culture and traditions and become servants of the Britishers. Today, the Indians could neither adopt the English education system nor keep intact their cultural heritage. The condition is that the student community is feeling uncomfortable.
Param Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj says that today’s education system is doing nothing but creating mobs instead of skilled people. Education of any country plays an important role in nation building. But today, the Macaulay education system doesn’t fit into it.
Today’s education system is destroying creativity. We are famous for memory tests. We fail in the case of doing something fundamental. In fact, the Britishers had such an education system which aimed at creating only servants. That’s why our education system creates clerks or bureaucrats instead of scientists and skilled businessmen. India is famous in the entire country pre-independence era. Great Mathematician Arya Bhatt, great ayruvedacharya like Charak and Sushrut gave new dimensions to the medical system. There are hundreds of examples of India. But vaidik education witnessed a new low post-independence era. Today’s education system is nothing but a memory test. Today, those students who can remember the most are considered as the best students.
Pujya Swami Jee says that our country lacks research in the country’s education. The students are not encouraged in research work. They are focused on knowledge of books. That’s why, today’s teachers destroy students’ research nature. Consequently, they have no option but to depend on education policy made by the Britishers. They think that India can import everything from abroad. Slave India can never become a self-reliant country. Lord Macaulay’s wrong education policy is the reason behind it. Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj terms it as the degree of papers. The students purchase receipts by investing money. Someone can acquire knowledge through experience, dedication, commitment, etc. In the undivided India, education tradition had always been providing respect. Piece of paper gains no respect. Knowledge is evaluated on the basis of ability which provides due respect. Today, the world is undergoing transformation and technology is dominating our life. Even today, we are talking about development on the basis education policy of hundred years slavery. For this, Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj says that first of all, we need to make a sea change in our education system. We have to return to the vaidik and cultural education system and include modern education in it so that we can instill refinement in the children. Only then we will be in position to provide knowledge and build the able citizens. If we adopt ved by breaking shackles of slavery, we will become world teacher. Today, we need freedom from slavery of education system. Even after 75 years, we are still grappled with this slavery of Macaulay’s education policy. We need to revive teacher-disciple tradition and provide respect to our culture. Only then India will get freedom in true sense.

Medical system in the hands of Britishers

The Britishers came to India for looting. They looted not only our property, temples, regime, etc but also our culture, sanatan ayurved treatment system. They demolished ayurved related manuscripts and scriptures. They committed a heinous deed of abolishing the ancient ayurved system. The ayurved doctors were called quacks. The ayurved treatment system was termed as unscientific. This tradition of slavery is still in practice since then. In 1958, when the Britishers were returning to their own country, they imposed an allopathic organization like IMA on the Indians. In those days, IMA was known as the British Medical Association. Today, it’s known as Indian Medical Association which dominates the entire medical system of the country. Doctors related to this organization are doing nothing but brokering multinational drug companies. Today, lakhs of pharma companies are running their empire in the country. Every Indian is falling prey to it. Major hospitals have become the centers of looting. The common people are looted there.
Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj says that the diseases are cured at five-star hospitals where the doctors have no knowledge of eradicating it. In the corona period, thousands of people were dying due to the British treatment system. Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj saved the lives of lakhs of people through the ancient ayurved treatment system. The patients got rid of corona by consuming ayurvedic kadha and coronil kit. Today, crores of people are obliged to Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj. They got rid of diseases due to ayurved. Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj has demanded at various platforms that looting by drug mafia in the name of diseases in the country be stopped immediately. He appealed to these allopathic doctors that both the ayurvedic and the allopathic system must work in collaboration to treat corona patients. They should aim at checking this pandemic. Pujya Swami Jee’s statement inflicted pain to the drug mafia who tried to create an atmosphere against him in the entire country. Swami Jee gave a befitting reply to these allopathic drug mafias by treating patients through ayurved and yog. Pujya Swami Jee Maharaj has been appealing to the countrymen that they must associate with the country's culture and adopt indigenous items. But at the same time, mentality of our country remains slavery. They got derailed from the country's traditional heritage. That’s why they are getting destroyed. Therefore, they will have to be cautious. Otherwise, ancient cultural heritage will cease to exist. The drug mafia plays an important role in it.
Today, we have to boost Pujya Swami Jee’s commitment towards saving the ayurvedic system. As Pujya Swami Jee is instrumental behind yog reestablishing in the entire world, time has come to revive ayurved at global level. Time has ripened to get rid of this slavery.

India’s law and order is under British IPC

The existing law and order system of India is slave. It means that this law contained discrimination. Today, the definition of law is different for the common people and the influential people. This law is produced before you. The Britishers left many loopholes in this IPC. Since then, charges of corruption, money laundering, black money, adulteration, hoarding, black marketing, smuggling of drug and gold and human trafficking, etc are framed on the basis of people. That’s why, today, India tops the list of corruption index. The poor law and order system has a detrimental effect on the future of the country. The British IPC contains many provisions for their safety. These laws ensure no right to live, freedom and pride. Had this law been effective, the Britishers instead of freedom fighters would have been awarded with punishment. In fact, nobody daring to revolt like 1857 is the main reason behind making IPC 1860 and Police Act 1861.
India’s 161-year-old penal code contains no provisions for law related to owner killing, mob lynching, criminal act, love jihad, etc.
Today, these are not termed as all India offences. Meanwhile, there are separate provisions for separate crimes in various states. Even capital punishment has different provisions in the different states. There are various types of punishment like 20 years, 16 years and 15 years on the basis of their character, behaviour, etc. Therefore, we need to make a new IPC for awarding punishment for the same offence. Now time has come to reject IPC made by Lord Macaulay in 1860. The 161-year-old IPC is losing its importance in modern India. The biggest loophole in the IPC is that it’s implemented in different states as different forms. It has no coherence. Apart from it, there are separate laws for Hindus and Muslims. For example, marriage acts and divorce acts are different for both communities. Two laws in the same country are not true.
Today, there should be a team of lawyers so that we can get rid of IPC which is a heritage of slavery of the Britishers. The team must form a new, practical and stern penal code so that the country can work on the theory of one penal code and free from corruption. The offenders must get stern punishment to establish an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Only then we can get rid of shackles of slavery.
The country is going to celebrate 75th Republic Day upon which every Indian should take pledge to adopt ancient yog and ayurved. We need to include modern education in the life of students. Also, every Indian must pledge to revive the sense of our culture and indigenous. Only then, the nation will get freedom and become self-reliant and self-pride on the basis of reform.
