From there the stock has almost more than doubled or around 650 and now it seems to be reaching around Rs 1400. The company was on the verge of closure due to its introduction of Rs.60 per cent. Anilbhai, first of all, my best wishes for Anant Chaturdashi and Ganesh festival, you said that there was not even a codi here from 4-5 hundred crores, when we came to Haridwar 30 years ago from today, after studying from Gurukul and doing yoga from Himalayas, do your own Gurukul. After completing studies and now you are only 2 companies in Nifty and ahead of us, which I did not even know. But we must know that what is our destination, what is our path? And today there are well-wishers like you, crores of people of this country who gave us strength that we have reached here by following the path of Yoga, Ayurveda, Swadeshi, doing research in Yoga, Ayurveda, serving education and health. You were asking Gautam ji to invest here, so now I can say that the company whose share was launched at Rs 650, now this share is reaching around Rs 1400. Now how this market cap grows we don't know, we know what to do and still we have 5 big targets. The God-like Prime Minister of this country, we gave him the likeness of a national sage that he is carrying his sage culture along with Sanatan culture and his prosperity, he has announced a subsidy of about Rs 14,000 crore in palm plantation.

From palm oil to edible oil, this is the first prime minister to make the country self-reliant, who has to make global for local and local and in that direction Patanjali Foods and Patanjali Ayurved, Patanjali Wellness, Patanjali Medicine, Patanjali Paridhan, Patanjali Transport are progressing.

When you acquired Ruchi Soya, people used to think that Swamiji is a yoga guru, what business will he run, how much will he run? You did a turn around of that company. You merged into the food business that Patanjali was. Merger was done in such a ratio that people were stunned. You returned the shareholder by merging that business at almost free cost. Another big thing is usually the problem in loan companies that the money is lying, when will it come to the banks. Your FPO As soon as it arrived, SBI took the check on the next day. Took it to the chairman of the company, take it, we repay your debt, from today the company is debt free. Tell me what is the plan of the company in this regard? First, tell whether your company wants to remain debt free, what is the extension plan to do with your company's earnings?

Our company will be debt free. Whatever we have made debt free earlier and we have to liquidate 6 percent further. By and around the month of December, our cash flow will increase and if we take some money in Patanjali Ayurved, take money in Ruchi Soya Company and we have no other motive, neither we have to buy any ship nor we have to buy any bungalow, You have to fulfill the mourning of any wife and children. We have only one mourning - May your glory be immortal, Mother, we may not live for four days. The ultimate goal of the path is not to ascend the throne, to take a single society. Together, everyone's prosperity, everyone's service, everyone's effort, everyone's development, everyone's effort, all are moving in this direction. And we have realized this that in the coming time, we will have at least the first two-four thousand crore rupees cash flow in our hands and what I said earlier that the plan which we are going to do is about 15 lakh acres of palm plantation and In 5 to 7 years, about 2 thousand crores yearly, consider the return on that which we call Ebitda, in Ebitda 2 thousand crores plus that we are going to get from the plantation and this is a business which will continue for about 40 years . A tree planted once, that tree will last for 40 years. Such a company gets a multiple of 50 times over it.

I am now in the month of November from America and wherever If needed, I will meet investors in Singapore etc. and make my plan. I will tell that this company is not just edible oil company. It will be the world's largest company of palm plantation. Patanjali foods was our dream and we've said this before when my first conference was held in Mumbai, then I had kept this plan.

Second, this palm plantation will be a big task, to make this country self-sufficient in edible oils, about Rs 3 lakh crore, which is the loss of our country's currency, which is de-valuation of our rupee today. Why is it getting devalued? Because our money is running out. This money is going out in many ways, it is going into oil, it is going into petrol, it is going into diesel, I don't know in which way this money is going out in gold and silver. In diamond, we import many things from outside, many FMC. Companies take money from here, so the rupee should not devalue, it was my big dream. One big plan in that direction is of Palm Plantation.

Second, in nutraceuticals, we used vitamin D, B-12, calcium, iron, omega in an open market, 80 percent of the people were deficient. We did a big plan in that that natural 100% plant based organic things were given and now selling in the name of MLM. Now we have also planned company like Herbal Life, Amway, I have trained 10 lakh yoga teachers and more than one lakh people when they attend our class every day with 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 people, there But we will bring awareness among the people about this nutrition and the distribution channel of millions of people will be activated in this month itself.

So we will bring in nutraceuticals people who are 30-30 years old, 35-35 years old working in nutraceuticals and who are working in nutraceuticals companies. Our big nutraceuticals, which is the plan of this whole business, we are taking it forward and Nutrila's Soya Badi, which is known to all, this country is fed by Soya Badi, Banana, that brand was created by Patanjali. Today, about 50 to 60 percent of our market share is with Patanjali in different parts of the country. As far as the food is concerned, the biggest brand of ghee, mustard oil, natural oil and the biggest brand of natural products is that of Patanjali Foods, they will be taken to such a high altitude that they will also be taken on their own. I will be hopeful. Zero  cholesterol, zero transfat, zero maida, this is the concept we have come up with in biscuits. So the five which are our plans, if I say in one sentence each, then EBITDA of 2 thousand crores plus will happen in palm plantation within the coming few years. Ebitda of 1 thousand crore plus will be in Foods, Ebitda of about 1500 to 2000 crores will be from our traditional business, further Ebitda of about 500 to 1000 crores has to be done. This is our goal at Nutrella Critical. Similarly, we are bringing various types of snacks and many healthy food options regarding Patanjali biscuits and our goal will be that which is a traditional business. The Edible Oil has to maintain its Ebitda around 5 percent, while the business with Ebitda inside it is about 15 to 20 percent, now it is no longer an Edible Oil Company, it is such a big Foods Company or this country's Patanjali Foods Limited will be the company to set new records of health and prosperity. You have valued what Swamiji said, according to you, Patanjali is preparing to do Ebitda of Rs 5 to 6 thousand crores. Your Ebitda which is going on now, the results of the first quarter came out, about 392 crores, 400 crores has been done now i.e. 1600 crores for the year or slightly increased from 2000 crores 2000 crores to 5000 crores, 6000 crores Ebitda i.e. You are giving guidelines to investors that in 5 years your Ebitda or your earnings will become 3 times?

Look, whatever our food business we sell Basmati, we also sell pieces, we also sell Pora, we have so much in India, it is sold that there is not much need to send out. Yes, further like I said the business plan you have asked, I am not talking about only Patanjali, We have Patanjali Ayurved which is a very big brand and has to change the medical system of the whole world. What people call disease, they are signs of diseases not diseases, and what they call as disease, it is lifestyle disease, it is later chronic disease and then genetic disease, communicable, non-communicable disease has created such a fake world. I say that all these can be cured with yoga, ayurveda and naturopathy. Patanjali is doing the work of giving direction to the whole world in medicine. It is so big that we are going to bring its IPO in front of you someday. Also, Patanjali will come with Ayurveda's IPO, Patanjali Wellness's IPO will come, Patanjali Medicine's IPO will come another, Patanjali's apparel, transportation or our Patanjali organic business. At least 5 companies of Patanjali will come in the process of listing and for the first time in the history of capital market of this country a sannyasin had rung the bell and raised the flag, by going to the stock market. Now some such new records will be set. All this effort is for charity. India is for the mother.

Efforts will be made for us in the coming 5 years and I was telling you that we did not make this empty date free, Patanjali did not merge the food which is empty in name only, business dividend we also got such sick company in a very short time. If it emerges, it does not give dividends quickly, dividends are also given to the people and they are going to give so much more. I am not giving any temptation, but there is an intention to do something good, there is no work other than work. There is only one resolution, from morning till evening, my work should become my worship, this Bharat Mata is my temple and to enhance the beauty of this temple, this country. What can I do to take you to the high peak of prosperity and values I can do it.
