Many factors influence everyone's life, what we do is a very important factor. Often we get confused between civilization and culture. Culture is a broad field and civilization is a part of culture. Our material progress is seen through civilization while mental progress is seen through culture. Culture is such a broad area in which our way of life plays an important role. When we talk about Indian culture, the element that emerges as the most important component in it is the eternal values. This eternal value not only includes our dress, food habits, language, behavior but also our entire lifestyle from life till death and this includes the unique and wonderful Indian style of health based on Yoga and Ayurveda. How many books have been written on this culture of India, but when an advertisement of Patanjali is seen from the perspective of law to promote the scientific knowledge of this culture, there is a comment from the Supreme Court and a certain section of the country is against that. If someone starts clapping on the comment, then understand that more efforts will have to be made to restore the eternal values.

Ayurveda is one of the oldest medical systems in the world, which means 'science of life' and 'knowledge of life. Before I start writing anything, I am sharing my own experience which is on record. It is about the year 2003-04 when my Tsh i.e. Thyroid was found to be quite elevated in the blood test. A well-known allopathy doctor of Lucknow and an expert in thyroid treatment also got color Doppler sonography etc done to find out the nature of thyroid nodules before starting the treatment. After the report came, he told me in a very general tone that this disease cannot be cured and I will have to take Thyronorm/Altroxine for the rest of my life. I took 100mg tablets for almost a year and continued to suffer its side effects. Fortunately, the very next year a yoga camp of Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj was held in Lucknow. In this camp I heard from him that with Yoga and Ayurveda the problem of thyroid will be completely eradicated. That day and today, believe me, I did not take any medicine for thyroid and before writing this article, I got my T3, T4, Tsh test done again. I am happy to inform that this time also all the values are within the prescribed limits. For this I have not done anything else but have made Yoga and Ayurveda a part of my daily routine for 20 consecutive years. Therefore, my request to the apex court is that Patanjali look for the knowledge and science of health in advertising and you will find many advantages, not flaws.
Ayurveda is the science of health
Ayurveda is one of the oldest medical systems in the world, which means 'science of life' and 'knowledge of life'. The main goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to promote good health and prevent disease, not fight it. In other words, we can say that this is not a disease management but a health management method and perhaps that is why this medical method is still yet to be widely spread. On the other hand, Allopathy, which came into practice about two thousand years after Ayurveda, progressed a lot on the basis of experiment and research. However, in the past years, Patanjali Yogpeeth has taken large-scale initiatives to support and expand the traditional and effective medical system Ayurveda, as a result of which the spread of Ayurvedic medical system has started increasing in every class. Even in that class which considered it just a herb. This increase will undoubtedly benefit everyone's health, but for some it will cause commercial loss and for others it will benefit and perhaps this is the reason why it is getting both opposition and support.
Count the advantages, not the flaws
Once a debate broke out between mango and neem regarding superiority as to which one is superior. Both were not ready to accept defeat. The entire day was spent enumerating one's own merits and others' shortcomings. Seeing no results, both of them decided to seek someone else's opinion in the matter. A happy person was seen coming from the front. When Mango and Neem told him about his problems and asked the secret of his happiness, he gave a very short answer, count someone's qualities and not his flaws. Both mango and neem understood the meaning and now both were praising each other's usefulness. Mango started describing every part of Neem as an infallible medicine and Neem was honoring Mango by calling it the king of fruits. In auspicious work, leaves were worshiped and in Havan, the greatness and virtues of wood were praised. Both were happy. Therefore, be it Ayurveda or Allopathy, both medical systems will have to learn from this story. They will have to come out of the competition of belittling each other and claiming themselves as superior. Whatever be the medical system, the aim should be to build a healthy and prosperous India by healing the sick look for the knowledge and science of health in advertising and you will find many advantages, not flaws.
Only a healthy India will make
India prosperous
Progress of any country is possible only when its citizens are healthy. Do you know that every year in India about 7 crore people have to struggle with poverty due to their illness. For people to be healthy, medical facilities in the country should be in good condition. But is the medical system of a country with a huge population like India, which has the huge responsibility of taking care of the health of its 140 crore population, good? Can any one type of pathology take responsibility for the health of this entire population? And is that therapy also accessible to everyone? Surely this cannot be possible. If we talk about allopathy, then in the last seven decades since independence, with its help we have controlled many infectious diseases. After independence, many epidemics made India its victim but the country faced them bravely and also achieved victory. But everyone had a stake in this victory and a recent example of this is Corona infection. But during these seven decades, privatization of health care also took place. People began to prefer private hospitals over government health care in terms of the facilities they provide to a patient such as beds, quality of food, treatment and even choice of doctor. As people's lifestyle started changing in the race for modernity, diseases also started increasing. As diseases increased, the consumption of medicines, pharma companies, hospitals and doctors all increased in the same proportion. As a result, healthy India, prosperous India became a challenge for a country with a rich past in the field of medical science.
Foundation of national power
All our work in the world depends on your good health. Therefore, good health as well as good understanding are the two best blessings of life. Health is wealth, this old saying expresses the wisdom of human beings and it is the goal of every nation to keep its population healthy. No country can ignore the issue of health, because the level of health of an individual plays an important role in human capital creation. Health is the greatest blessing of life and more valuable than anything else in the world. It costs less to stay healthy than to stay sick. The only way to maintain health is to take proper care of the body. If proper education is given to maintain good health then the health of the nation will be better. For this it is necessary that all of us must have knowledge of the basic facts related to the body. If any if you have lost health due to this reason then regain it. If you are healthy then protect it because health is the basic foundation of life and it is also the foundation of the strength of the nation.
Not allopathy vs ayurveda
The advertisement of Science of Knowledge is not to make Allopathy vs Ayurveda or to trick anyone, but it is the story of a saint's struggle against diseases. The purpose of this struggle is neither to compare anyone with anyone nor to fight the battle of superiority and inferiority. This is not with the intention of belittling anyone or proving anyone inferior. It has only one purpose, that everyone should be healthy and diseases should be completely eradicated from the body. People who believe in allopathy also know that the medicines given in it are not meant to cure the source of the disease but to cure the disease. Even if this means chemical bombardment and upheaval in the body through tablets, capsules and needles. Whereas the rules of treatment in Ayurveda are completely different. In this, instead of fighting the disease, the effort is more to strengthen the body's immunity against it. So that instead of fighting the cause of the disease, the body can be kept healthy naturally. The effort is to cure the disease by using the body's own energies. This technique of the body becoming healthy through its own energy is also called 'Swabhavoparamvaad' in Ayurveda.
A chance for all of us
Not only Ayurveda but Yoga also believes in 'Swabhavopravad' and both of them believe that nature is nature and not distortion. Therefore, man naturally recovers from deformity and moves towards nature or health. Medicine is only helpful. Yoga keeps all the organs and systems of the body healthy through its methods through natural therapy. That is why nowadays it is also playing an important role in the field of medicine. Now even allopathy doctors advise to practice yoga. The most revered Guruvar has given us all an opportunity to serve for the creation of a healthy India by making us adept in this form of Yoga, health service through Yoga Seva. Let us all yoga teachers and teachers together take this knowledge and science of health given by the Guru to every home and courtyard. When people start getting healthy, then people themselves will be seen advertising Yoga and Ayurveda.
